Information Desk
The Information Desk will be located in the North Lawn at the venue and will be available before and after the program. An area map, restaurant guide, and program brochure will be available.

Lost and Found
Items lost or found can be claimed or reported at the Information Desk.
If you are separated from your children, friends or family please go to the information desks to meet them.

Books, Audio and Video Sales
Sant Mat books, CDs and DVDs may be purchased in the BAV Sales area in the North Lawn before and after satsang. Both cash and EFTPOS will be accepted for payments.

First Aid
There will be certified sevadars who will attend to persons in need of minor medical attention and first aid. This service will only be available during the hours when the Centre is open for satsang. All other cases will be referred to local clinics or hospitals.

Medical Resources
Those requiring medications or special diets should bring an adequate supply with them, as the Centre will not provide any medications or prescriptions. Individuals with diabetes, blood sugar concerns, or allergies are requested to carry the necessary supplies to manage their condition.

Community Relations
Please be considerate of local residents and do not park on the nature strip as it will increase congestion and create safety risks. Also, do not park at the local shops as it will interfere with customers accessing these businesses. Furthermore, do not park at the temple next door as this will inconvenience their devotees. To maintain a good relationship with the local community and authorities, guests are requested to be kind and courteous to each other, the sevadars, local authorities, and neighbouring residents.

Attire, Perfume, Scents and Smoking
Please check the weather forecast for rain and bring an umbrella, if necessary. It will likely be cold inside the Main Hall and Family Area, so dress accordingly. Given the size of the property, expect to walk several hundred meters from the car parks, so make sure you wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking on wet grass. Please avoid wearing any perfumes or other scents to be considerate of others with health issues (allergies, asthma, etc.). Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the site.

Food, Water & Waste

  • Please respect the Satsang premises by using the garbage and recycling bins provided.
  • Water stations will be available throughout the site.
  • Non-vegetarian food and alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited at the Centre.
  • Smoking is also not permitted anywhere on the premises.
